Return and Refund Policy

At Lanbena Cosmetics, we want every customer to have a clear and safe shopping experience.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned. Returns may only be accepted if the product is unused, unopened, sealed in its original packaging, and returned in the same condition it was received.

To request a return, please contact us first at support@lanbena-cosmetics.store. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the case.

Refunds

Once your return or issue is reviewed and approved, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method when possible.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-returnable items

Opened, used, damaged by the customer, or unsealed skincare products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
